Painting Mist

 Its such a long time since I explored what watercolour paint can do. Here are a few first successful experiments (there were a few failures too that I'm not showing). Watercolour is, in my opinion, much harder to master than oil. I've set myself the challenge of learning to paint mist, and intense contrast. I'm especially pleased with the glowing highlights in the dark section of this painting.
